The APSA NETPAC Development Prize is designed to nurture outstanding talent in the Asia Pacific region.

A prize of $US10,000 is offered by APSA in collaboration with the Griffith Film School and the Network for Promotion of Asian Cinema (NETPAC) to a first or second-time filmmaker who has worked within the frame of their national cinema and are now ready for a larger international framework. All films in competition for APSA are eligible.
